Refund policy
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept return requests within 7 days of delivery of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit only. An email for return authorization must be sent within the 7 day timeframe. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost ($8) per order which will be deducted from store credit amount. Email us at info@shop-kae.com for a Return Authorization.
Returns must be mailed back within an additional 7 days from Return Authorization date or else will not be eligible for refund.

- Sale section items are final sale.
- DOORBUSTERS are final sale.
- Pre-Orders are final sale.
- Body Suits are final sale.
- All original tags must be attached.
DAMAGE CLAIMS:
- Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care via email within 3 days of delivery.
- Please email us at info@shop-kae.com with a photo of the damaged or defective item.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
- It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the delivery address is correct before placing an order. If you entered the wrong address please email us immediately.
- We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs to re-send out the package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All international orders are final sale. We are not responsible for any in international duties, taxes or tariffs charged to customers upon delivery. If packages are undeliverable or returned back to sender, you will be refunded for your purchase value minus the international shipping cost.
